I’m crazy about these Mini Sweet Peppers, both to use in recipes and also just to eat as a snack! And this post gives you lots of suggestions for using them, plus ideas for dips to scoop up with the mini peppers.
There are so many reasons I love these Mini Sweet Peppers, and when it’s party and football watching season and you’re trying to lose weight (or not gain any!) I’d recommend you skip the chips and use these crunchy sweet mini peppers as the perfect vehicle for delivering all kinds of tasty dips to your mouth.
That’s one of the ways I love to eat these mini peppers, and I also love cutting them into rings and using them as a more interesting way to add peppers to salads.
I’ve been using these tasty mini peppers in recipes for about years now, so I decided it’s time to officially add them to my list of Kalyn’s Kitchen Picks, where you’ll find the products I buy over and over again and love enough to recommend on the blog. If you live in the U.S. I think these peppers are available at most grocery store. If you want a big bag you can get them at Costco, but now I usually buy the smaller size bag you see in these pictures.
Below are my suggestions for using sweet mini peppers. If you have other good ideas for using them, please share in the comments!

About Products Featured for Kalyn’s Kitchen Picks:
I purchased the Mini Sweet Peppers myself and this company has no idea whatsoever that I’m writing about their product. I love to feature products that are really a wow for me, and items featured as Kalyn’s Kitchen Picks are always things I’d happily buy over and over. So readers will know that my opinions are completely unbiased, I don’t accept review products from the many companies who offer to send them to me. You can see the complete list of products I’ve chosen to feature at Kalyn’s Kitchen Picks.
